JCC offers 1.5 carbon fiber tube which is fabricated by high-quality carbon fiber with epoxy resin. We usually ulitilize the production process of the 1.5 carbon fiber tube is roll-wrapped. Why JCC 1.5 Carbon Fiber Tube Has Good Performance Than Aluminum?
The strength of JCC 1.5″ carbon fiber round tubing is manufactured to be great performance than aluminum in under torsional and side loading, which has been designed to fix the single layers of carbon fiber in specific locations to enhance the overall strength and stability of the structure. In this way, longitudinal cracking and splitting of the carbon fiber tube can be effectively prevented.
