Carbon Fiber Angles
Our enginerring-grade carbon fiber angles consist of a 0/90° multi-layer directional fiber ply layup with a textured finish on both the interior and exterior surfaces. They are manufactured by pressing molding with high-strength prepreg carbon fiber material with an epoxy matrix, then through the high-temp curing to get a lightweight and high-stiffness carbon fiber angle with a woven surface.
Made from the reinforcement carbon fiber material, JCC carbon fiber angles have unparalleled strength in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, which makes them ideal for structural applications with loads in either direction including brackets, braces and frames. The textured carbon fibre surface of the angles make them easy to bond to other structural parts.
JCC Carbon Fiber I-beams Offer Various Advantages Compared with Traditional I-beams

JCC choose carbon fiber composite materials to manufacture the I-beams which provide superior strength and are much lighter than traditional materials such as steel or aluminum.

JCC carbon fiber I-beams are manufactured by two layup with 0/90 and 45 degree which develops the high bending strength and shear strength. It has properties of less material, large load capacity and no bending.

JCC carbon fiber I-beams have excellent fatigue resistance, meaning they can withstand repeated stress cycles without failure which guarantees it unparalleled fatigue resistance.

By adjusting the direction and type of the fibers, the performance of JCC carbon fiber I-beams can be tailored to provide a customized solution for a specific application if you need.
Ideal for Many High-performance Applications.
Combining these advantages, such as hight strength, lightweight and corrosion resistance of carbon fiber materials, JCC carbon fiber I-beams play an important role in various high-performance fields as below:
- Aerospace
- Marine engineering
- Buildings and Bridges

Advanced production process
In order to bring out the unique bending strength and shear load force of carbon fiber I-beams, JCC manufactures I-beams according to the following process:
- Core Preparation
- Assembly
- Fiber Lamination
- Vacuum Bagging
- Curing
