JCC carbon fiber square tubes are fabricated by high-quality 100% carbon fiber prepreg and the carbon fiber material is 12k. Our carbon fiber square tubes choose the molding process–mold making and selection, carbon fiber prepreg cutting, high-temp molding, curing and post-processing, then any size and thickness of the carbon fiber square tubes can be made.
Compared with other carbon fiber products production process, the cost of the molding process is lower, which can reduce the cost of the carbon fiber square tubes.
Since molding is used, the accuracy of the shape and size for the carbon fiber square tube can be guaranteed.
