Carbon Fiber Sandwich Panel
JCC carbon fiber sandwich panels are manufactured by the prepreg carbon fiber cloth and the foam core through the carbon lamination and high-temp compression process. That will let the fully compacted carbon fiber layer is formed and fully bonded to the foam core. Our carbon fiber sandwich panels will have the high property of strength-to-weight ratio and are ideal for applications that require maximum stiffness and compression resistance.
The Avantages of JCC Carbon fiber Sandwich Panel
Our foam core sandwich panels are made of lightweight, high-density structural foam with the lightweight, high strength and stiffness characteristics required for foam core panels and are lighter than other core matrial panels. By using structural foam, these panels have higher compressive strength and compression resistance than panels made with non-structural foam cores. They are still a more economical option and are ideal for applications that require low water absorption and good sound and thermal insulation.
