What is the Production Process of Pultruded Carbon Fiber Components?

JCC pultruded carbon fiber components are manufactured by pultrusion process, specifically by pulling the continuous carbon fiber materials combined with a an epoxy resin through a heated forming die to cure. JCC can produce the continuous lengths of carbon fiber components with constant cross-sections and various shapes by this process.
