JCC Carbon Fiber Angles
Our enginerring-grade carbon fiber angles consist of a 0/90° multi-layer directional fiber ply layup with a textured finish on both the interior and exterior surfaces. They are manufactured by pressing molding with high-strength prepreg carbon fiber material with an epoxy matrix, then through the high-temp curing to get a lightweight and high-stiffness carbon fiber angle with a woven surface.
Carbon Fiber Angles By Size
JCC carbon fiber angle consist of an 0/90 fiber orientation with a textured finish on both the inside and outside surfaces, which is very easy to bond to any structural parts to build extremely rigid and light structures.

JCC Carbon Fiber Angles Has Great Performance in Various Applications with Excellent Properties

Carbon fiber angles from JCC are widely used in parts that require high-strength and lightweight, such as the fuselage structure and wing spars of aircraft and drones. Its high-strength and low-weight help improve aircraft performance and fuel efficiency.

High-performance racing cars, luxury cars and other areas require extremely high body weight and strength, that exactly our carbon fiber angle have. They are used in key parts such as body frames and chassis to improve vehicle acceleration performance and fuel economy.

In industrial machinery and equipment, JCC carbon fiber angles are used to manufacture lightweight and high-strength mechanical arms, brackets and other components to reduce energy consumption and improve work efficiency.

In marine environments such as ships and offshore platforms, the corrosion resistance and high strength of JCC carbon fiber angles make it an ideal choice for structural components and can be used in harsh marine environments for a long time.
Special Production Processes for JCC Carnon Fiber Angles
JCC choose advanced produciton process to manufacture carbon fiber angles.
1.Precise molding technology–Our carbon fiber angles are typically molded using molding process, that allows for precise control of the shape and size of the product, ensuring consistency and high precision.
2. Multi-layer structure design–JCC carbon fiber angles are usually made from multiple layers of carbon fiber fabric, and the fiber direction of each layer can be optimized according to the specific application.
3. Automatic fiber placement–Our modern automatic laying of carbon fiber cloth process, ensuring the accuracy and uniformity of fiber arrangement.
4. High-temperature and high-pressure curing–Carbon fiber angles from JCC are usually cured under high-temperature and pressure during the molding process, which allows the resin and carbon fiber to be perfectly combined to form a dense material structure.

Superior Performance for JCC Carbon Fiber Angles
JCC offers high-quality carbon fiber angles with advanced process and high-strength carbon fiber material, which has the superior performance as below.
- Excellent mechanical properties: Our carbon fiber angles produced through high-temp molding process by laying up the 0/90° carbon fiber layers, which can provide both longitudinal and transverse strength.
- Precision customization: Our R&D team can make our clients get customized carbon fiber angles based on their specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and fit.
