Our carbon fiber laminated sheets are made with 250° cure carbon fiber pre-preg and laminated in an autoclave machine. The laying directions of fiber layers have 0°, 0/90°, and +45/-45° alternately, which is available from 0.5″ to any size thickness.
This carbon fiber sheet unidirectional laminate is laid up so that all carbon fibers run in a special direction or parallel to the long direction of the part. It’s able to withstand certain shear and torsional stresses.
