Great Properties of JCC 1mm Carbon Fiber Sheets
The cross-lamination multi-layer composite process makes our 1mm carbon fiber sheet quasi-isotropic. It has superior mechanical properties in all directions.
JCC utilizes a special cross-layered structure to increase the 1mm carbon fiber sheets’ bending strength by 10%.
Thanks to carbon fiber’s extremely low thermal expansion coefficient and the use of a hot-press lamination process, and our carbon fiber sheets are insensitive to shrinkage or expansion.
The perfect epoxy resin ratio, combined with low cracks and pores, and an excellent surface finish, makes JCC 1 mm-thick carbon fiber sheets resistant to chemical corrosion.
Advanced Production Process
- JCC chooses the hand layup by alternating fiber layers and a high-pressure molding process to manufacture the 1mm carbon fiber sheets.
- The crossed layup in the 0 and 90-degree directions provides a good balance of mechanical properties. It can also reduce the defects of the stratification and fracture.
- Our carbon fiber sheet has two different finishes: one side is glossy or matte, the other is a textured finish for an ideal adhesive bonding surface.

- The sheet is cured at 50 °C to improve its bending strength, stiffness, and exceptionally dimensionally stable up to 80 °C.
