The layup orientation of fiber layers, including 0°, ±45°, and 90°, is engineered for application-specific properties.

0° fibers (axial direction) are running along the tube length to maximize bending stiffness.

±45° fibers are plied in opposing directions to maximize torsional rigidity.

90° fibers (hoop) improve crushing stiffness and contribute to overall structure durability.
